To apply, please fill out the form below. Please note, two of the documents listed below are required to validate your Professional Artist Status.
After submitting the form, please email two of the documents listed below to hello@narrativecosmetics.com for verification. We will respond to your email with an update within 1-2 business days.
- IMDB Link (with name credit)
- Beauty School diplomas from a recognized beauty/makeup school
- Cosmetology License (must be valid and legible)
- Esthetician License (must be valid and legible)
- TPG Membership
- Call Sheet (with name credit)
- Tear Sheet (with name credit)
- Union Card (with name printed on it)
- Business Website (website must offer a list of services)
Additionally, please note that:
- All licenses and documents must be valid and legible.
- Beauty Schools must have an active website with a menu of services/courses.
- We are unable to accept short-term seminar certificates as educational proof.
- Completed coursework must exceed 80+ hours.
Please note, we do not accept the following:

- Business/Comp Cards
- Letters of recommendation
- Resumes
- Personal makeup/hair business contracts
