The product is awesome but my favorite thing about NC is how quick they are to ship products. This was my first purchase and, I have made another smaller purchase since, and both orders were promptly shipped to me. On the quality side, I think the pigments are wonderful but there is a learning curve to using the products effectively - at least there was for me as I **** applying even regular makeup. I recommend practicing on your arm or leg before going into more sensitive areas (for neck or face tattoos) because alcohol activated pigments can irritate people with especially sensitive skin like me. And, yeah, this stuff does not move.

Now this right here baby saved my life and my job . I’m not suppose to have hand or neck tattoos guess what i got both but once i out this makeup you can’t tell lbs. i slept with it on and it was still on in the morning. Best for tattoo cover

Apply 1-3 drops of 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol or Narrative Cosmetics Activator directly into the palette cell. Allow the alcohol to soak into the color for several seconds for a more opaque application.
