What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We have a couple of options to get your order to you:

Our Economy Shipping typically takes 3–6 business days to arrive. Need it faster? Choose our Fast Shipping at checkout to receive your order in 2–4 business days.

For international orders, delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to view your order's progress.

Are your products cruelty-free and/or vegan?

Yes! We are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free company. None of our products or the ingredients we use are tested on animals. The majority of our products are also vegan, and any product that is vegan-friendly is marked accordingly on its product page.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact support via chat or email to start a return or exchange.

International orders are non-returnable. In the circumstance that an international order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is missing components/parts, please email us at orders@narrativecosmetics.com

Do you offer a pro discount for makeup artists?

What international shipping options do you offer?

At checkout, you can choose between standard shipping via USPS First Class Package International or expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail International.

Exact shipping times and costs are calculated based on your destination at checkout.
